Welcome to Dhark Matter Marketing Solutions. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with the following Terms of Service. Please read these terms carefully before engaging with our services. If you do not agree to these terms, you should discontinue use of our services.

Services Rendered

Dhark Matter Marketing Solutions provides a variety of digital marketing services, which may include but are not limited to:

Reputation Management
Message Marketing
Lead Management(including the management of ads and leads)
Website Building and Hosting
Missed Call Text-Back
Appointment Setting
Text Automation

The specific services provided to each client are customized based on the agreed package or plan. While we offer a broad range of services, the client will only receive those included in their plan. If you are interested in adding any additional services that are not part of your current plan, please contact us to discuss

upgrades or options.

Lead Management & Advertising

Our Lead Management services may include, but are not limited to:

Facebook Ad Campaigns
Text Campaigns
Email Campaigns

Client Responsibility:

The Client is responsible for providing and maintaining the budget for all advertising costs. Dhark Matter Marketing Solutions does not cover the cost of any ads.
Timely payment of ad budgets is required to avoid interruptions in campaigns or lead generation efforts.

Website Hosting

Dhark Matter Marketing Solutions provides hosting for client websites at no additional cost for the duration of the service agreement.
If services are discontinued , access to the hosted website will be terminated.
Should the Client wish to continue hosting their website with us after other services have ended, a $300 hosting fee will apply.
If requested, we can build a new website on a different platform prior to termination, subject to an additional fee.

Payment Terms

Payment for all services is due on the 10th of each month.
Services will begin on the date of the first payment.
Late Payments: A $25 late fee will be applied for each week that payment is overdue, up to a maximum of $100. If full payment (including any late fees ) is not made by this time, all services will be suspended until the outstanding balance is paid in full.

Termination & Cancellation

Clients may terminate services at any time by providing a 30 days' written notice.
Prior to cancellation, the Client agrees to contact Dhark Matter Marketing Solutions to discuss any issues or concerns.
Upon cancellation, services will cease at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds will be issued for cancellations that occur mid-month.
If the Client wishes to have a new website built prior to termination, we can provide this service on our preferred platform for an additional cost.

Client Respopnsibilities

The Client agrees to provide all necessary, accurate, and timely information required for the performance of services.
The Client is responsible for maintaining prompt communication regarding any issues or concerns.
For Lead Management services, the Client is responsible for setting and maintaining an adequate ad budget to ensure uninterrupted campaign performance.

Limitation of Liability

Dhark Matter Marketing Solutions strives to deliver high-quality results, but specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

The success of advertising campaigns and lead generation efforts depends on multiple factors, including but not limited to the Client's ad budget, market conditions, and campaign effectiveness.

Modifications to the Terms

Dhark Matter Marketing Solutions reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes. Continued use of our services after modifications to the terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms of Service.
